AUDIO VIDEO WEBCAST PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

All agents agree that properties scheduled to be filmed for the webcast program shall be free of clutter, debris and items of noticeable disrepair.

 

All videos are condensed to be no more than 3.5 minutes in length and consist of no more than 100 megabytes each.

 

Editing of text, video, audio for any reason shall be done at the sole discretion of the Company.

 

Digital photos may take the place of video shot of rooms that may appear too small on screen.

 

The scheduling agent shall notify the property owner of their risks and responsibilities of leaving personal items in clear view of the camera and recommend all valuable items be hidden from plain view. 

 

Agents who plan on appearing in the video agree to provide a script to the company 5 days prior to scheduling the webcast shoot. All scripts must conform to Federal Fair Housing Laws and shall be reviewed by the company prior to the shoot. Notice will be given to the scheduling agent as soon as practicable to allow plenty of time for preparation.

 

All agents who plan on appearing in the video agree to dress in a professional manner.

 

All Audio Video Webcast are the property of Northwest Equity Home Sales. One copy of the webcast will be provided to the appearing agent upon request.

 

Payment for webcasts shall be made part of the monthly bill and charged at a rate $59.99 each. An additional charge of $39.99 each shall apply to agents who schedule to appear in the video. Notice of cancellation or re-scheduling must be made with a minimum of 48 hour notice or a fee of $25.00 shall apply.

All webcasts are intended for the advertising of property based on an exclusive right to sell listing agreement or exclusive agency listing agreement between the seller and the company and shall not be used in any way after the expiration of that listing agreement without the prior written consent of the seller and Northwest Equity Home Sales.

 

All artistic freedom to insure compliance with these terms and condition, website compatability, length, style, format and final product of all webcasts shall be done and made in the sole discretion of the Company.
