Redeemable postcard/coupon promotion restriction and limitations.
1) Must be presented at the time of listing with Gene Quinney.
2) Only valid for home sales.
3) May only be transferred one time.
4) Payment to be made at closing.
5) May not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
6) Not applicable if LOC (listing office commission) is less than 2.5%
7) Postcard must be marked redeemable.
8) One postcard per transaction, per client, per quarter.
The following scale may be used to calculate your redeemable limits.
$350,000 and above at 3% LOC = $500
$350,000 and above at 2.5% LOC = $250
$200,000 to $349,999 at 3% LOC = $400
$200,000 to $349,999 at 2.5% LOC = $150
$199,999 and under at 3% LOC = $100
$199,999 and under at 2.5% LOC = $50
